Entrepreneurship and Values Formation Orientation for Xpress Riders
May 2024, Tela and Blue Compass conducted an Entrepreneurship and Values Formation Orientation for the new riders of Xpress motorcycle, focusing on responsible entrepreneurship, professionalism, and positive community engagement.
The session highlighted the importance of discipline, customer service, work ethics, and street values in motorcycle riding — promoting safety, respect, accountability, and responsible road behavior among delivery riders and transport workers.
Beyond livelihood opportunities, the program aimed to strengthen personal development and encourage riders to become responsible individuals and positive representatives within their communities. Through values-centered learning and entrepreneurship orientation, participants were encouraged to develop both practical skills and a strong sense of social responsibility on and off the road. Blue Compass successfully facilitated the Kick-Off and Sales Rally for Octagon Computer Superstore across selected areas in Mindanao, sponsored by Brother Philippines.
The activity brought together sales teams and retail partners for an engaging learning and motivation session focused on sales excellence, customer engagement, teamwork, and business growth strategies. The program also highlighted product awareness, market opportunities, and performance-driven approaches to strengthen sales initiatives in the region.
Through interactive discussions and collaborative activities, participants were empowered to enhance their sales capabilities, build stronger customer relationships, and contribute to continuous business growth and innovation. (March 2024)
